This little Black Tulip number is a sure winner and delight to wear.
It can be accesorized with simple espadrilles or glammed up with an oversized black staw hat & pumps.
A very polished and simple dress for lunch or evening depending on how you accesorize. I love it. Will live in it. And it's light & cool. ( A major plus if you're toting around an extra 27lbs like me!) Go for it!
